Comments and User Content
You are solely responsible for anything you post, including comments, reviews, photos and videos. Comments must be based on your own genuine experience. Do not post false, misleading or malicious statements about any person or business. Do not post insults, threats, harassment, hate speech, or personal information about others such as phone numbers or home addresses. We may remove any content at our discretion, including content that is reported or that violates these terms. Users who post false or abusive content may be warned, suspended or permanently banned, and we may report serious cases to the relevant authorities. Sellers and commenters agree that Unipota is a platform only and is not responsible for transactions, item quality or disputes between users.
Campus posts
You are responsible for what you post. Do not post false news, rumours about individuals, private information about others (phone numbers, addresses, photos taken without consent), nudity, hate speech, threats, or content that breaks the law. Unipota may remove content and suspend or ban accounts that break these rules. Posts are visible to other students in your school or state.
Campus is for sharing what's happening, not for advertising or selling. To sell a product or service, use List to sell. Posts that promote or sell are removed and repeated violations may lead to suspension.
Accounts
You must give accurate information at sign-up, including your gender. Giving false information may result in suspension or a ban. We do not guarantee any roommate match, and you are responsible for your own decisions when choosing a roommate or a room.
Transactions
Payments between users happen outside the app. Users should meet in open, public places and inspect items before paying. We do not guarantee any listing, seller, buyer, roommate or service.
Badges
The blue tick (Verified student) shows that a user has provided a matriculation number. The Verified seller badge shows that a user completed our seller video check. Badges are not a guarantee of any user's identity or behaviour.
